Six partners that share extensive experience in the areas of sustainability, public procurement and social responsibility have been working on the LANDMARK project.

ICLEI-Local Governments for Sustainability (project co-ordinator) is an international association of local governments and national and regional local government organisations that have made a commitment to sustainable development.,


The Senator for Finances of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen is the nodal agency to formulate and monitor the city-state´s financial policies and programmes. Sustainable public procurement is within the Senator´s responsibility, as well as the unique project "active public procurement", implemented by the city´s real estate and services agency Immobilien Bremen, AöR.


Instituto Marques de Valle Flor (IMVF), Portugal, is a non-governmental development organisation and foundation created in 1951. the organisation implements projects in the field of  development cooperation, development education & awareness raising, decentralised cooperation and humanitarian emergency assistance, in all Portuguese speaking countries.


Loures City Council, Portugal, works strategically towards attracting investment, creating wealth, generating social balance, as well as supporting entrepreneurship whilst consistently promoting of social responsibility.


SETEM – Catalunya, Spain, is an NGO for international solidarity, aimed at raising awareness throughout society on North-South inequalities, in denouncing the causes and promoting personal and collective transformation to achieve a more just world.


World Economy, Ecology and Development (WEED), Germany is a NGO focusing on sustainable public procurement, corporate accountability and international supply chains (e.g. electronic industry); international financial systems; international trade and investment policy.
